Lalit is having diverse and multi-geography industry experience in prestigious companies like Ahlstrom, Welspun and OBEETEE in leading brown field & business expansion nonwoven projects, business development, strategy management, product development and people management. He has achieved number of patents and accolades. Few of them are-

•Patent filed and approved on “Multilayer composite filter media”.

•Patent under filling on “Hot air filtration media”. This was also selected in top 4 for prestigious Innovation Award in FILTREX Frankfurt.

•Young Achiever’s Award and Leadership recognitions in the corporate world.

Lalit has also presented about filtration & other nonwovens at various international platforms such as IDEA at Miami, USA, ANEX at Japan, FILTREX at Geneva, FILTECH at Cologne, Germany, IDEA at Boston, USA, FILTRATION by INDA at Chicago, Man-Made Fibre Congress at Dornbirn, Austria, International Filtration and Separation Exhibition at China.

Yatin Tandon

Co-founder & Director- Manufacturing & Operations

Yatin is an experienced operations leader and a qualified Electrical and Electronics engineer from COER, Roorkee. His expertise lies in project management handling brown field and green field manufacturing projects, operations and administrative management, safety, manufacturing process designing and re-engineering and people management. He is a strong communicator with excellent business leadership skills and possesses a deep understanding of handling manufacturing operations owing to his experience and elevation at different levels. He has worked with global MNC's like Coca-Cola & Pernod Ricard and possesses strong technical knowledge in handling plant and machineries, TPM, quality management, inventory management and ensuring high performance of man, machinery and materials along with optimum utilization of investment and resources.

Safety and Compliance has been always on his top priority and ensured zero tolerance towards it. He has led number of process designing and safety initiatives by developing standard operating procedures and policies. This has always ensured zero accidents and compliances issues in the factory.
